ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 15th/4.10.2012 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Subject : Tender no ΔΔ-193/16.3.2012 for the implementation of the Project: “Installation of Telemetering System for major LV Customers Meters”.
Ratification of the above mentioned tender.
The Board of Directors decided the ratification of the result concerning the Tender ΔΔ-193 for the award of a Contractor for the project construction “Installation of Telemetering System for major LV Customers Meters” to INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS SOCIETE ANONYME TECHNICAL PROJECTS AND STEEL STRUCTURES with distinct title ΙΝΤΡΑΚΑΤ S.A., the offer of which is considered as the most economically advantageous for total contractual price of twenty million six hundred ninety thousand euros & seventy five cents (22,690,000.75 €) which is analyzed as follows:
• Nineteen million eight hundred thousand euros & seventy five cents (19,830,000.75 €) for the main project
• Two million one hundred seventy thousand (2,170,000.00) for five-year (5) provision of services for the operation, technical support and maintenance of the System as well as for services of fault recovery for the whole metering and communication equipment with the possibility of five (5) years extension at the discretion of the Company
• Six hundred ninety thousand (690,000.00 €) for the option of expansion of the automated meter reading (AMR) and Meter Data Management (MDM) by 150,000 additional metering points.

Subject: Continuance of operation of the Choir with the new distinctive title “Musical Ensembles” PPC S.A. – HEDNO S.A.
HEDNO Board of Directors decided the continuance of the Choir operation under the distinctive title “Musical Ensembles” PPC S.A.-HEDNO S.A. as well as the extension of the conductor’s contract for the transitive period between the 1st September and the 31st of December 2012. Also, it decided that the HEDNO will participate for the above mentioned four-month period (September-December 2012) in a budget of maximum 30,000 euros (including the conductor’s fee) which will be divided between PPC S.A. and HEDNO S.A. taking into account the suppression of expenses, the conduct of competition for the recruitment of a conductor at the end of 2012, based on the limited financial resources, less choir rehearsals and very limited movements outside of Athens, so as the annual budget for 2013 not to exceed the amount of 100,000 euros.
