ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 6th/13.6.2012 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Subject: Provision of authorization to CEO for the signature of the three-year duration Corporate Collective Labour Agreement with GENOP/DEI-KEHE (Union of PPC Employees – Sector of Electricity).
The Board of Directors decided the provision of authorization to the Corporate CEO for the signature of the HEDNO Corporate Collective Labour Agreement of three-year duration (2012-2015) with the authorized representatives of Representative/Secondary Union of personnel, GENOP/DEI-KEHE (Union of PPC Employees – Sector of Electricity).
