ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 19th/29.11.2012 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Subject: Organization of festivities for the personnel and schedule for the provision of gifts to their children with the opportunity of Christmas and New Year season 2012-2013.
The Board of Directors decided the organization of festivities for the personnel as well as the schedule for the provision of gifts with the opportunity of Christmas and New Year season 2012-2013 by the approval of the schedule for the provision of gifts to children between the ages of 3 and 12 years of HEDNO employees and fixed term employees in the whole Greek territory with a budget expenditure up to 57,656 euros, plus VAT, as well as the approval for organization of festivities (Christmas-New Year 2012-2013) for the employees in the HEDNO Units with a budget of up to 74,860 euros, plus VAT, with total budget for both actions up to 132,516 euros plus VAT.

Subject: Termination of property lease at 33, Vasileos Kontantinou Ave, in Koropi of Attica Prefecture.
The Board of Directors approved the termination of the lease contract of a property including a ground floor shop of 401.00 m2 with 190.00 m2 loft and 1st floor of 387.00 m2 at 33, Vasileos Kontantinou Ave, in Koropi of Attica Prefecture and its delivery to its owners, in compliance with the Law, without payment of compensation to: Dimitrios Georg. Zabaras, Aikaterini spouse of Dimitrios Zabaras and Evaggelia Dim. Zabara.
