ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 21st/10.10.2013 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Subject: Salaries for temporary personnel with 8-month Contracts
The Board of Directors approved the definition of salaries for temporary personnel hired to cover seasonal and temporary needs of the Corporate to the minimum salary as defined by law depending on the typical qualifications and object of their work.

Subject: Tender no 502204/19.9.2012 for purchasing accessories for self-supporting low voltage aerial bundled cable 4x120 mm2 Al + 25 mm2 Al.
Ratification of the results of the above mentioned tender and award of the purchasing.
The Board of Directors approved the ratification of the results for the tender no 502204/19.09.2012 released under open procedure for purchasing four (4) items of accessories for self-supporting low voltage aerial bundled cable 4x120 mm2 Al + 25 mm2 Al and the award of purchasing its items to the tenderer “DIGENIS S.A.” for total fixed price of € 1,333,295.88 (plus VAT).
The above mentioned award is made for material delivered to the Regional Warehouses of HEDNO S.A. on the Suppliers vehicle, according to the terms of the Call for Tender no 502204/19.09.2012, the offer of the Company and the relevant correspondence.
