ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 20th/26.9.2013 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Subject: «Agreement – Framework for the support of fixed assets of PPC S.A. network by ADMIE S.A.”.
Increase of the price concerning the above mentioned Contract.
The Board of Directors approved the increase of indicative price concerning the concluded “Agreement – Framework for the support of fixed assets of PPC S.A. network by ADMIE S.A” to the amount of 14,000,000 euros.

Subject: Conduct of tender no ΔΔ-199 for provision of services: “Reconstruction of six (6) three phase Transformers power 40/50 MVA, 150/15, 75-21 kV, Dyn1 connection and purchasing of one complete set of materials/spare parts with redesign of HV coils”.
The Board of Directors decided the approval for the conduct of Call for Tender no ΔΔ-199, released under open procedure with the tendering system that includes free filling out of price lists and with the award criterion of the lowest price for the selection of the Tenderer for the provision of service: “RECONSTRUCTION OF SIX (6) THREE PHASE TRANSFORMERS OF CAPACITY 40/50 MVA, 150/15, 75-21 KV, DYN1 CONNECTION AND PURCHASING OF ONE COMPLETE SET OF MATERIALS/SPARE PARTS WITH REDESIGN OF HV COILS” with total budget of one million nine hundred thousand euros (1.950.000,00) based on the Corporate study.

Subject: Contracts no 5051071/19.3.2012 and its Supplement No 1/21.8.2012 as well as no 5051072/19.3.2012 and its Supplement No 1/21.8.2012 with MICH. TSAKOYIANNIS S.A. and VIMKA Limited Liability Company respectively for purchasing polyester boxes appropriate for the installation of one phase and three phase L.V. electricity meters.
Transposition of time delivery for part of the material quantities referring to the above mentioned Contracts.
The Board of Directors approved the transposition of time delivery for part of the material quantities referring to Supplement No1 of the Contracts numbers 5051071 & 5051072, as follows:
• Contract 5051071 / Supplement No1/21.08.2012 with MICH. TSAKOYIANNIS S.A.

Material quantity: 28,000 pieces
