To help you with your issue, please submit your request, quick and easy, through our online application. You can submit requests concerning:
New connections (initial connections/construction sites/home/business).
Modification of existing connections (augmentation/decrease/unification/separation).
Submission of Installer Solemn Declarations (initial reviews, regular reviews, special reviews).
Metering device checks & reinstallations, registering metering readings.
Electromobility – Connections to charger in existing or new supplies.
Dual zone reduced electricity rate system (granting, change, deactivation).
For requests regarding power supply faults, visit the Faults & Outages page to register and track any requests and be informed about them.
To submit your request through our app, follow these steps:
Fill in the Supply Number associated with your request (indicated on your electricity bills), your name, mobile number and email (optional). If the request concerns a new connection, please enter the postal code of the property.
Attach the necessary documents with your personal data.
You will receive a PIN code on your mobile phone, which you will enter to confirm your mobile number.
