Announcement by HEDNO, as a Non-Interconnected Islands (NII) Operator, on the June 2025 billing of RES stations operating at NIIs

We would like to announce that on 23.07.2025,HEDNO, as an NII Operator, published the Billing Notes of RES producers who are operating at NIIs for the June 2025 billing period.

It is noted that, in the current billing for June 2025, Retroactive Billing was implemented for the excess annual production energy as defined in Article 48 of Law 4951/2022, concerning the “Upgrade of Energy Equipment of PV Stations”, for the 2024 audit year, due to the recalculation of the maximum annual energy production quantity during the first five years of operation of the stations. Additionally, the annual Reference Tariff (E.T.A.)  for PV stations was revised by DAPEEP (Renewable Energy Sources Operator & Guarantees of Origin), now set at €71.10/MWh.  As a result, debit and credit adjustments were recalculated for the PV stations that recorded excess energy production in the 2024 control year, and the corresponding Billing Notes have been posted.
