Information Management System
We are developing the new integrated Information Management System (IMS), which will facilitate data management and integrate our Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) systems.
The project is divided into two sub-projects:
- Development of the new information management system to better manage data and integrate our operational and IT systems.
- Integration of our information systems to enable us to work together to improve the management of our business and IT systems and to integrate our information systems.
- We completed the redesign of the project, as well as the update of functional specifications and infrastructure requirements.
- In addition, we completed the project’s tendering process with the selection of a contractor. The project is currently in progress, with the implementation study underway.
