We treat Health and Safety issues for our employees with particular importance.

At HEDNO, the Health and Safety of our employees is a non-negotiable priority. We are committed to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment where every job is performed to the highest safety standards.

Our policy focuses on:

• The prevention of accidents and occupational diseases, with the goal of “zero accidents”.
• On the assessment and minimization of risks through continuous monitoring and controls.
• On the observance of the “Life Saving Rules” (LSRs), the implementation of which is a prerequisite for safe working.
• Training and empowerment of workers to identify risks and take responsible action.
• The possibility of stopping work in the event of dangerous situations in order to prevent possible incidents.

Safety is not an individual matter – it is a collective responsibility. Each of us plays a key role in protecting the lives and well-being of all. Together, we foster a culture of safety and create a protected working environment.

The Health and Safety Policy has been approved by Resolution No. 45/19.12.2024 of the Board of Directors of the BPA and is updated appropriately in case of changes in the Company’s operating framework.
