The HEDNO maintains strict Health and Safety standards and expects the same from its partners. All those who operate on our network – contractors, suppliers and external partners – are required to adhere to our policies and procedures, contributing to a risk-free working environment.

Our core principles include:

• Strict adherence to ‘Life Saving Rules’ (LSRs) – any breach will not be tolerated.
• Systematic reporting and investigation of incidents, with the aim of continually improving safety procedures.
• Implementing preventive measures to manage risks associated with our operations.
• Continuous information and training of our associates on safety and accident prevention issues.

The Health and Safety Policy has been approved by Resolution No. 45/19.12.2024 of the Board of Directors of the UNDP and is appropriately updated in case of changes in the Company’s operating framework.
