ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 1st /15.1.2015 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Subject: Tender no ΔΔ-206/4.7.2014 for the implementation of the Distribution network projects within the whole Greek territory.

Ratification of the above mentioned tender for the implementation of fifty three (53) Distribution network Projects within the whole Greek territory.

The Board of Directors decided the ratification of the results referring to the Tender ΔΔ-206/04.07.2014 so as to award the following fifty three (53) contracting projects to the following tenderers according to the terms of the Call for Tender ΔΔ-206 and its attached issues. The tenderers, the equivalent discounts on unit prices, as well as the relevant contracting prices are the following:

Subject : Tender no ΔΔ-202/3.4.2014 for the implementation of the Project: “Purchasing and installation of underground polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cables of 150 kV and PILOT cable in the interconnecting cable lines: Pallini EHVS – Ampelokipi Distribution Center & Eleftheria Distribution Center – Ampelokipi Distribution Center.”.
Ratification of the above mentioned tender.

The Board of Directors decided the ratification of the result referring to the Tender ΔΔ-202 so as to award the construction of the project: “PURCHASING AND INSTALLATION OF UNDERGROUND POLYETYLENE (XLPE) INSULATED CABLES OF 150 KV AND PILOT CABLE IN THE INTERCONNECTING CABLE LINES: PALLINI EXTRA-HIGH VOLTAGE CENTER – AMPELOKIPI DISTRIBUTION CENTER & ELEFTHERIA DISTRIBUTION CENTER – AMPELOKIPI DISTRIBUTION CENTER”, to the Joint Venture of NEXANS HELLAS S.A.- ATERMON ATTEE under the distinctive title “ΚΟΙΝΟΠΡΑΞΙΑ NEXANS – ΑΤΕΡΜΩΝ ΓΙΑ ΔΕΔΔΗΕ 2014” (“JOINT VENTURE NEXANS-ATERMON FOR HEDNO 2014”), for total contractual price of eight million eight hundred ninety thousand euros (€8,890,000.00).

Tender: Tender no 501310/11.12.2013 for purchasing untreated wooden cross arms.
Ratification of the results for the above tender and award of this purchasing.

The Board of Directors approved the tender no 501310 / 11.12.2013 that was announced with open procedure, the ratification of results and the award of the purchasing to the following technically accepted tenderers as follows:

– I. DIDASKALOU & SIA O.E.: 32,177 pcs of untreated wooden cross arms of item 1 and 15,000 pcs of untreated wooden cross arms of item 2 for total price of € 460,109.80 (plus VAT) for delivery to timber impregnation companies cooperating with HEDNO S.A. (KORINTHOS – KILKIS – DRAMA) on supplier’s vehicle.

– DIDASKALOU KYRIAKOS & SIA OE: 24,823 pcs of untreated wooden cross arms of item 1, for total price of € 183,690.20 (plus VAT) for delivery to timber impregnation companies cooperating with HEDNO S.A. (KORINTHOS – KILKIS – DRAMA) on supplier’s vehicle.
The total value of the above mentioned awards is up to 643,800.00 Euros (plus VAT).
