HEDNO – 2nd Announcement on the Acceptance of Requests for Agrivoltaic Plants

Further to the announcement dated 03.02.2026, the Network Operator informs interested parties that the acceptance of connection requests for agrivoltaic plants will commence on Wednesday, 04.03.2026 at 10:00 a.m. Requests may be submitted up to and including the tenth (10th) day of each calendar month for all agrivoltaic plants, irrespective of capacity, via the Online Application Submission Platform for RES and CHP stations, which requires login through the GSIS, exclusively using the applicant entity’s TAXISnet credentials.

For each request, the following shall be submitted:

A) Supporting documents

B) Letters of Guarantee

1. Letter of Guarantee pursuant to Article 6 of Law 4951/2022, the amount of which shall be calculated in accordance with paragraph 3 and based on the request’s nominal capacity in kW. For the purpose of calculating the amount of the Letter of Guarantee for agrivoltaic plants combined with storage systems, for the Interconnected Network, and falling under paragraph 11A of Article 10 of Law 4685/2020, the capacity of the request shall be deemed to be the plant’s maximum generation capacity. Furthermore, Article 89A of Law 4951/2022, as in force, applies regarding the reduction of Letters of Guarantee for RES plant holders.
2. Letter of Guarantee pursuant to item (ιε) of paragraph 7 of Article 96G of Law 4951/2022, as in force.
The originals of the above two Letters of Guarantee must be submitted to the competent HEDNO management unit no later than five (5) calendar days from the date of submission of the connection application.

C) Annex I with the technical equipment specifications for the PV plant

For the Non-Interconnected Islands (NII), connection requests concerning agrivoltaic plants shall be submitted to the following email address market.operations.support@deddie.gr,
