HEDNO offers new recruits an extensive special education program, which is designed to provide all the necessary knowledge and skills for their safe and effective integration into the workplace.

The program focuses mainly on technical personnel, including:

• Graduates in Electrical Engineering PE
• Graduates of Electrical Engineering
• Electrotechnical Networks
• Electrotechnical Stations – Substations

Upon completion of the program, participants have acquired the necessary technical and practical skills so that they can quickly and safely undertake their new tasks.

A large part of HEDNO’s educational programs are certified by ESYD (National Accreditation System), ensuring high quality and recognition of education.
