Rearrangement of equipment
Find out here how you can request the rearrangement of a pole, cable and/or the power supply equipment that obstructs your works.
If you wish to request a network relocation or modification, you must submit your request digitally via www.deddie.gr or via My DEDDIE App (android & IOS):
- building permit
- plan view
- topographical plan
- intersection plan
Network relocation or modification may be carried out for reasons related to construction, network safety, outdoor space configuration, or aesthetic reasons (provided that there is a technical solution and it is accepted by the surrounding residents).
Following a technical study, you will be informed regarding your request.
In case you want to rearrange Supply – Low Voltage Meter, you must submit your request digitally via www.deddie.gr or via My DEDDIE App (android & IOS). The property owner’s consent is also required, provided through a Sworn Statement pursuant to Law 1599/1986.
In order to proceed to the construction of the project, the following are required:
- Payment of a fee related to the supply-meter rearrangement expenses.
- Submission of the Licensed Electrician Certificate Form
If you want to dismantle the supply due to property demolition or danger, the following are required:
- Connection Modification Request (HEDNO S.A. document)
- In case of demolition, demolition permit
