Metering Service

Did you know how you can control your consumption through the Metering Service?

Surfing the net

We have gathered for you all the information you will need to check your consumption and register the meter readings by yourself.

Every month, you can give your meter reading, quick and easy.

How the counting process works

  • To enhance customer support, we have initiated the monthly meter readings.
  • The estimated consumptions you receive are calculated automatically by our customer service IT system
  • If you choose to use the metering registration service, then we will cancel automatically the scheduled estimation of your consumption and will calculate instead  your total consumption period which derives from the difference between the readings that you have registered and your previous readings registered.

You can submit your reading at any time. It will be saved until the next reading window opens, and it will be used for issuing your actual bill, provided that a regular reading by a regular meter has not taken place, by entering your 11-digit account number.

All steps to counting, at a glance

Confirm that the Supply Number mentioned on your bill is the same with the Supply Number written on the metal plate on your meter. (in circle on the adjacent figure).

Note the readings, omitting the decimal digits displayed with different color (omit the decimal digit that is in circle on the adjacent figure).

If you have a meter with two indications, then you should note two readings, the one with the K indication (regular day tariff) and the one with the M indication (reduced night tariff) (please see the circles on the adjacent figure).
