Publication of the 4th Final List of Beneficiaries Eligible for the Special 1.2% RES Fee for year 2023

In accordance with Article 4, paragraph 1 of Joint Ministerial Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/86389/2479  (Government Gazette B’ 4844/22.08.2024), hereinafter referred to as the “Allocation Decision”, as amended by Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/112971/3489 (Government Gazette B’ 5830/18.10.2024), Residential Electricity Supply Connections in the Local Communities where RES and Hybrid Plants operate, which had an active connection during the year 2023, are designated as beneficiaries of the refund of the Special 1.2% RES Fee

Following completion of the prescribed procedure regarding the update by the competent 1st Grade Local Authorities of the details of beneficiaries not included in the 4th Provisional Table, HEDNO S.A., in accordance with Article 9, paragraph 3 of the Allocation Decision, has published the 4th Final Table with the Supply Numbers of beneficiary residential consumers per Community and Local Authority, who meet the criteria of Article 4 of the Allocation Decision, for the following Communities with RES plants for which objections have been resolved.

Please note that, upon the final publication of beneficiaries, cases of supply points for which the resulting amount is less than one cent (< €0.01) were excluded. In these cases, and in accordance with Article 9, paragraph  4 of the Allocation Decision, the amounts are not paid but remain to be allocated in a subsequent distribution.
