Publication of the 4th Provisional List of Beneficiaries Eligible for the Special 1.2% RES Fee for year 2023

Pursuant to Article 4 of the Joint Ministerial Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/86389/2479  (Government Gazette B’ 4844/22.08.2024), hereinafter referred to as the “Allocation Decision,” as amended by Joint Ministerial Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/112971/3489 (Government Gazette B’ 5830/18.10.2024), residential electricity supply connections located in Local Communities where RES Stations and Hybrid Stations are in operation, and which had an active connection during the year 2023, are designated as beneficiaries of the Special RES Fee in favour of residential consumers for the Allocation Year 2023.

By means of this announcement, we inform you that, in accordance with Article 9(1) of the Allocation Decision and further to Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/20099/337/20.02.2026, HEDNO S.A. has published the list containing the Supply Numbers of eligible residential consumers, per Community and 1st Grade Regional/Local Authority, who—based on the data maintained in its information system—meet the criteria set out in Article 4 of the Allocation Decision for the Community listed below, where RES stations operate and for which objections have been resolved.

Residential consumers whose Supply Numbers are not included in the relevant list may contact their respective 1st Grade Regional/Local Authority so that these authorities may update the administrative classification of the relevant Supply Numbers in the information system of HEDNO S.A. According to Article 9(2) of the Allocation Decision, updates to the administrative classification for missing Supply Numbers shall be carried out by the 1st Grade Regional/Local Authorities within twenty (20) days from the publication of the Provisional List of Beneficiaries on the website of HEDNO S.A.

Please note that, upon the final posting of the Final List of Beneficiaries, and after completion of the prescribed procedure concerning the administrative affiliation updates by the 1st Grade Regional/Local Authorities for the missing Supply Numbers of beneficiary residential consumers, HEDNO S.A. will update the final list of beneficiary household consumers, excluding at this final stage any supply points for which the resulting amount is less than one cent (< €0.01). In such cases and in accordance with Article 9, paragraph 4 of the Allocation Decision, the corresponding amounts will not be distributed but will be carried forward to the next allocation cycle.
