New Information System for Customer Service
The scope of the Project relates to the modernization of the Customers' Service System by installing the appropriate modern information system and the reorganization of the related structures, procedures and work methods.
New Systems and Services
The benefits expected from the implementation of this Project are related to:
- the more qualitative and faster handling of all requests of customers submitted to the Operator
- the modernization of the Company in customer, producers' and electricity suppliers' service
- the decrease of the operational service cost
- the upgrading of provided services
The Project is expected to be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2023 (the initial timetable for project completion has been revised). As of March 2019, 11% of the Project has been completed. The bidding process for the Supply, installation and operation of the new Customer Service Information System already completed. Technical assessments of the offers are in progress.
