Frequently Asked Questions
This aid applies to consumers who have been disconnected from the electricity network due to overdue debts, provided that the disconnection affects their primary residence.

One of the conditions is that the electricity must have been disconnected by December 31, 2022, and remain disconnected until the submission and review of the application are completed.
