SYNERGIES

The objective of SYNERGIES is to introduce a standard Energy Data Space Implementation that will leverage energy data from various actors and sectors making it effectively widely accessible. The creation of this data ecosystem will facilitate the implementation of innovative energy services based on this data such as:

• Deliver a reference implementation for an Energy Data Space, properly integrating cutting-edge big-data management technologies, enabling interoperable communication and exchange with heterogeneous data sources and platforms.
• Increase involvement of energy data value chain stakeholders, and especially prosumers, in knowledge sharing into a data sharing-driven ecosystem that promotes data re-usability for business value generation.
• Deliver a bundle of data-driven and intelligence-enabled digital solutions and energy services to effectively contribute to energy system decarbonization and consumer empowerment.

The SYNERGIES results will be evaluated by 8 participants in the energy system, grouped to form cluster will validate each of the projects outcomes in the 3 demonstration sites in Greece, Denmark and Spain, emphasizing how SYNERGIES effectively manages the large volume of energy data. The energy solutions and data produced by SYNERGIES will be used as standards for the implementation of corresponding energy value chains and wide use.
