HEDNO Announcement on the Acceptance of Requests for Agrivoltaic Plants

HEDNO announces that the Online Application Submission Platform for RES and CHP stations is currently being updated to enable the submission of requests for agrivoltaic plants. The objective is that, as of 01.03.2026, interested parties will be able to submit, through the Platform, a connection request for an agrivoltaic plant in accordance with Articles 96B, 96C and 96D of Law 4951/2022 (Gov. Gazette A’ 129/04.07.2022), as added by Law 5261/2025 (Gov. Gazette A’ 231/12.12.2025). A further announcement will provide detailed guidance on the submission procedure, the required supporting documentation, and any related information.
