Publication of the 4th Final List of Accounts Eligible for the Special 1% RES fee for 2024

Pursuant to Article 2 of Joint Ministerial Decision (JMD) ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/48653/1597/29.05.2019 (Gov. Gazette B’ 2172/07.06.2019), hereinafter the “Allocation Decision”, the residential electricity supply connections in the Local Communities where RES and Hybrid Plants operate, which were active as of 31.12.2023—the date of publication of the Final Table allocating amounts from RES plants to one or more Municipal or Local Communities for the years 2021–2022, by virtue of JMD ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/137804/3493 (Gov. Gazette B’ 7569/31.12.2023)—are designated as beneficiaries of the refund of the 1% RES Special Fee for the years 2021–2022.
Following completion of the prescribed procedure for the receipt of certificates from the competent 1st Grade Local Authorities for beneficiaries not included in the 4th Provisional Table, HEDNO S.A., in accordance with Article 4(8) of the Allocation Decision, has posted the 4th Final Table with the Supply Numbers of eligible residential consumers per Community and 1st Grade Local Authority, which meet the criteria of Article 2 of the Allocation Decision, for the following Communities with RES plants, for which objections were resolved pursuant to decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/138644/3142/08.12.2025.

Please note that, at the final publication stage, cases were excluded where the resulting amount is less than one cent (< €0.01). In such cases, and in accordance with Article 4(8) of the Ministerial Decision, the amounts are not disbursed and will be carried forward to be allocated in a subsequent distribution.
