Announcement by HEDNO, as a Non-Interconnected Islands (NII) Operator, on the March 2026 billing of RES stations operating at NIIs

We announce that HEDNO, as an NII Operator, published on 23.04.2026 the Billing Notes of RES producers who are operating at NIIs for the March 2026 billing period.

You are reminded that in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 48 of Law 4951/2022 on the “Upgrade of Energy Equipment of PV Stations”, Producers of PV Stations who, during the billing period of February 2026, received for the first time an Excess Energy Billing Note for the year 2025, have the right to submit an application to the NII Operator until 23.05.2026 for the conduct of an on-site inspection, in order to establish that no energy upgrade of the original generating equipment of their Station has taken place.
