HEDNO S.A. informs all interested parties that applications have now opened for connection to the net billing & virtual net billing RES & CHP stations across the country.
Please see below instructions for submitting your request per distribution network:
- Mainland and Interconnected Islands (including Crete):
Please visit the online platform and log in via the General Secretariat of Information Systems using your TAXISnet details.
- Non-Interconnected Islands:
Exclusively online by including all necessary documentation. For all islands in the table below, requests must be submitted to the central email address: market.operations.support@deddie.gr

All details above are specified in Ministerial Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/93976/2772 (GG 5074/Β/05.09.2024) “Amendment and substitution of ministerial decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/15084/382/19.02.2019 on the “Installation of production plants with net metering and virtual net metering from self-producers as per article 14Α of Law 3468/2006, as in force, and from Energy Communities with virtual net metering as per article 11 of Law 4513/2018” (Β’ 759).”.
A new announcement will be released on 08.10.2024 (Tuesday) for applications relating to:
- Stations featuring a storage system
- Self-consumer net metering operating jointly (multi-apartment buildings)
- Self-consumer stations that belong to are managed by third parties
