Publication of the 1st Provisional List of Beneficiaries Eligible for the Special 1.2% RES Fee

In accordance with Article 4 of the Joint Ministerial Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/86389/2479 (Government Gazette B’ 4844/22.08.2024), as amended by Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/112971/3489 (Government Gazette B’ 5830/18.10.2024), the household electricity connections of Local Communities in which Renewable Energy Stations (RES) and Hybrid Stations operate, and which had an active connection during 2024, are designated as beneficiaries of the RES Special Fee in favor of household consumers for the Allocation Year 2024.

HEDNO S.A. hereby informs interested parties that, pursuant to Article 9, paragraph 1 of the above Joint Ministerial Decision, it has posted the list of supply numbers of the beneficiary household consumers, by Community and and 1st Grade Regional/Local Authority, which,according to the details kept at HEDNO’s systems, fulfill all criteria of Article 4.

Household consumers whose supply numbers are not included in the relevant list may contact their respective 1st Grade Regional/Local Authority,  so that the latter may update the administrative affiliation of the relevant supply numbers in  HEDNO’s information system. Based on Article 9, paragraph 2 of the Joint Ministerial Decision, such updates of administrative affiliation for the missing supply numbers must be carried out by the 1st Grade Regional/Local Authorities, within twenty (20) days from the posting of the Provisional List of Beneficiaries on HEDNO S.A.’s website.

It is noted that, upon the final posting of the Final List of Beneficiaries, and after completion of the prescribed procedure concerning the administrative affiliation updates by the 1st Grade Regional/Local Authorities for the missing supply numbers of beneficiary household consumers, HEDNO S.A. will update the final list of beneficiary household consumers, excluding at this final stage any supply points for which the resulting amount is less than one cent (< €0.01). In such cases and in accordance with Article 9, paragraph 4 of the Ministerial Decision, the corresponding amounts will not be distributed but will be carried forward to the next allocation cycle.
