Joint Announcement by IPTO and HEDNO regarding the allocation of power absorption margin from RES stations in the saturated network of the island of Evia

The System and Network Operators announce the unallocated power absorption margin from RES & CHP stations in the network of the island of Evia, designated as saturated by RAEEY Decisions No. 136/2006 and 96/2007, taking into account the margins referred to in RAEEY Decisions 1253/2010 and 1291/2011 and in Laws 3468/2006 (Government Gazette A 129/27.6.2006), 4546/2018 (Government Gazette 101/A/12.06.2018), 4819/2021 (Government Gazette 129/A/23.07.2021), 5106/2024 (Government Gazette A 63/1.5.2024), as applicable, and the current commitment of capacity by stations, in accordance with the following Table:

The above unallocated margin will be covered by the Operators through the issuance of Final Connection Offers to stations on the IPTO and HEDNO Single List of pending requests for final connection offers to RES stations in the saturated network of the island of Euboea, in accordance with the provisions of PART D (Priority Framework applied by the System Operator and the Network Operator in areas with saturated Networks) of Ministerial Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΓΔΕ/84014/7123, Government Gazette B 4333/12.08.2022, as applicable.
