Our priority is the safety and uninterrupted power supply of our country

From the very first moment of the spread of the Covid-19 virus in our country, we set as a top priority the taking of all necessary measures and the implementation of coordinated actions to minimize the spread of the virus to our staff, while ensuring the uninterrupted power supply of the country and the continuity of the provision of critical services of the HEDNO.

• A Special Crisis Management Team was immediately set up, which coordinated all actions and actions included in the Business Continuity Plan of the BEDDIE, in order to take preventive measures to protect the health of all employees, partners and customers.
• We implemented teleworking – to the maximum extent possible – for a large part of our staff, proceeding immediately to the procurement of the necessary digital technology equipment.
• We upgraded the telephone service for all customers nationwide, while ensuring the uninterrupted provision of services provided electronically through the www.deddie.gr website.
• We proceeded with the decontamination of our facilities and prepared back-up areas for the continuation of critical operations in the event of an outbreak, with the main focus on the uninterrupted provision of services of the Greek Electricity Distribution Network.
