Joint Announcement by IPTO and HEDNO on margin allocation for safe power absorption from RES stations at the saturated network of the Peloponnese pursuant to Decision RAE 663/2019 and publication of an updated single list of pending requests for receiving a final connection offer.

The System and Network Operators announce the unallocated safe power absorption margin from RES stations at the saturated network of the Peloponnese  (downstream Koumoundourou ultra-high voltage center), according to the margins included in Decision RAE 663/2019 (GG 3660 Β/2.10.2019) and the power retainment, to this day, from stations in operation and a Final Connection Offer, as well as from the stations under paragraph 1 of Article 132 of Law 4819/2021 as in force, as per the following Table:

The above unallocated margin will be covered by the Operators by issuing Final Connection Offers at stations in the IPTO and HEDNO updated Single list with the pending requests for receiving a final connection offer at RES stations in the Peloponnese saturated network, pursuant to the details specified in PART D (Priority Framework applied by the System Operator and the Network Operator at areas with saturated Networks of Ministerial Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΓΔΕ/84014/7123, GG Β4333/12.08.2022, as in force. For the stations that are going to be installed in the area of Troizinia, it is as of yet not possible to issue a Final Connection Offer due to the saturation of the local 150 kV network, at least until the completion of the enhancement project of this network at which the above possibility will be re-examined. It is estimated that tis project will be completed by the 2nd Semester of 2025. (Project 14.21 of the Provisional Plan of the 2024-2033 Ten-Year Development Plan (DPA) of HETS.

Finally, the following Table includes power retainment from RES and CHP stations in Operation and with Final Connection Offers at the network of the Peloponnese which are not included in the margins of Decision RAE 663/2019.
